Introduction

1. We will inquire about your preferences and requests through LINE messaging and send you photos and videos of properties that meet your conditions. If you wish to visit the properties in person, we will make the arrangements.

2. During the property viewing, a staff member will accompany you. You will be able to view the rooms in the presence of the landlord, allowing for on-the-spot confirmation of contract conditions and negotiations.

3. Upon the signing of the contract, we will charge an agency fee. The agency fee is generally paid in Taiwanese dollars.
